We have spend time and effort to ensure the house delivers us the comfort and rest we are used to have in our home country (besides the abondunance of the sun of course).

The villa is primarily used as a family home. We decided to let other persons to enjoy our marvel as well by renting it out in the periods we do not make use of it.

The villa sleeps 6 persons.

Pricing (in euro)

July - August - September: minimum 2 weeks rent. 

What do you have to bring?

• Your own personal clothes and stuff (sunscreen, shampoo, toothbrush, etc)

What do you get? 

The house is fully equipped to accommodate 6 persons including:

• All taxes
• All commodity bills (electricity, water, airconditing, WiFi (*),  etc), only the excess on electricity and water will be charged separately)
• bed linnen, towels
• Final cleaning

(*) Continious heavy usage (downloading movies, watching YouTube the whole day, etc) will result in an automatic closure of the internet connection.

• An intermediate clean up (including changing of sheets and towels) can be requested: 90,00 euro
• Beach towels: 5,00 euro/towel/week
• Heating during November - March: 50,00 euro/week

• The villa is rented from Saterday 15:00 hours till Saterday 10:00 hours
• The house is always rented in its whole. The bungalow is not rented out seperately.
• The minimum rental period is 2 weeks.

• We do not accept any claims for injury expecting you are full covered by your own insurance. Your booking is taken solely on the basis you accept this condition.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Preference: non-smoking
