The villa sits on a plot of a bit more than 2000 m² and is designed to enjoy the outdoor living to its fullest. The house enjoys complete privacy and is not overlooked.

The main house accomodate 6 persons.

An outdoor shower sits next to the nicely tiled 10 x 5 swimming pool with easy entrance.  The sun reaches the swimming pool the whole day while the outdoor kitchen provides the shade all day for those who like to break their sunbathing for a moment. Beach chairs are present.

 The villa is situated in a small hamlet, last 30 meters are on a solid gravel road, with the immediate neighbouring plots being week-end homes, further contributing to the rustic atmosphere. 

You will quickly adapt to the peace and quite around you leaving the noise and traffic jams behind you.
